WQ-P844 is a polytetrafluoroethylene wax offering extremely low coefficient of friction, excellent wear resistance, scratch resistance, and slip resistance for coatings, inks, engineering plastics, and non-stick coatings.

Performance Features

Excellent temperature resistance and lubricity for use in engineering plastics, lubricating oils and greases, non-stick pan coatings, and cables
Provides extremely low coefficient of friction in coatings and inks with superior wear resistance, sliding property, and scratch resistance
Molecular weight is approximately one percent of commonly used PTFE resins while retaining excellent properties with high crystallinity, good dispersibility, and easy mixing with other materials
Adding 0.1% to 3% to printing ink significantly improves sliding property and makes printed products more resistant to friction, preventing paper adhesion
Improves viscosity and lubricity of coatings while enhancing wear resistance and corrosion resistance
Provides obvious scratch resistance in powder coatings
